This Is My Story

I didn’t start this journey because I wanted to be a coach. I started because I needed to heal myself.

For years, I felt disconnected—from myself, from my emotions, from what I truly wanted. I kept searching for answers, trying to fit into expectations, trying to be who I thought I needed to be to feel loved. But love—real love—never came from that place.

Then I finally got tired. Tired of overthinking every little thing, tired of trying to be “good enough”, tired of living life like an audition instead of just being me. So, I started actually understanding myself, accepting myself, and showing up as the real me( that takes courage, believe me or not)

And guess what? That’s when life started working out.

I attracted the love of my life (seriously, I’m convinced self-love is a love magnet).

My real friendships deepened.

My passions and work aligned with who I truly am.

My life finally felt like my own—not some performance for others.

I realized that showing up as your real self brings your real life to you.

Your real relationships. Your real friendships. Your real passions. Your real purpose.

And listen, I’m still working on myself. Some days, I’ve got the self-love thing down. Other days, I wonder if I should be allowed to make adult decisions. But that’s life. And that’s okay.
